I used to have that with talking i used to not look at people all the time and lost intrest in some conversations if people pointed it out,
WIth singing i had to be in a position and then I loved to sing. I had to be on something round, level, and long, hanging from the ceiling with ropes so it could move slightly with one leg on each side and facing straight out and not touch the ground. Preferably being just off the ground. My legs would be hanging down or wrapped around the object. I didn't like to have any artificial lights shining directly on top of me. Preferred sunlight coming in through a window if possible. My arms would not be touching me. My hands would be on the rope if I wanted to move the object. I would wear heavy boots or socks on it.

A very long time ago i always used to get severe sweat and shiver attacks before i ever had to speak, present, or perform in front of a group, even small group of people. But after you force yourself to keep doing that, you also increase the size of the crowd, and do go up on stage or with a mic more frequently. This is not overnight or a few days, but is a gradual process that can take months, years, or even several years, to master.. Even then, you will naturally prefer to be out of the spotlight if not necessary.. But eventually you will slowly lose the "stage fright attacks", and start to like, if not love, to be on stage and admired by the audience. A little narcissism can help.
