Not sure where it came from, but it involved discovering that my autism/ASD/NLD/depression were all related to inflammation of the limbic system.

Is there actual scientific support for this, or is it just a dream? I have no idea where it came from.

Are you sure, that you haven´t read this on Google at some point or heard something and forgot about it? It is there.

Maybe. Probably not in those terms though. I actually searched and couldn't find it. I did find the link to depression though.
