I can't identify this particular emotion... Help?

Can't explain how I feel now. I'm not happy nor sad. Worried nor relaxed. I'm just sort of numb. And for no reason either. The one thing I do know is that I haven't the slightest clue how to react either. I'm just sort of sat here staring at my wall listening to music with a pencil in one hand and a strong mug of coffee in the other trying to make my mind up on what I'm going to draw or create.

Please will somebody help me put this feeling into words? I'm very confused.
