I was wondering - do any of you have routines which you do not like? Ones you wish you could change for more positive routines, but it's really difficult? I am so messy and disorganised but I really wish I could get into a good routine. I always feel calmer and happier when I follow a plan but I have a hard time implementing and sticking to a routine as I've always lived chaotictly - it's like a default setting I always go back to. Thanks for reading!
