Age+Theraphy+Self Help+Support
I just want to know whether with age anyone has been able to do better in peer groups.
Has anyone got a social circle, able to hold a job, able to socialise at workplace
If not age then did theraphy or self help(books, reading, working on social skills)
or support from any mentor
actually turned the table for you and things got better for you
and you could fit into mainstream society.

Just because people think they are helping does not always mean they are. Sometimes it is better not to help. It sounds contraintuitive, but trying to help maybe taken the wrong way. I remember many people try to help me when I was a child and when I failed they only got angry. The fact that they were giving me the wrong type of help did not occure to them. Which lead to more problems and they tryed to help me even more. So it was a closed circle.
ok in my case i never got help.
its just a year ago i made a friend who turned out to be my mentor
and just a year or two ago i did counselling first time it helped me
and reading books also helped me.
I could say that overall i have become much better compared to earlier.
but i have become more wary....because now i keep on thinking that i am different
