So how do you go about being motivated?

If I've stayed indoors too long without getting out (longer than a couple of weeks), I assign myself a specific task such as grocery shopping for instance, and then promise myself a little reward when I return home--such as plain yogurt with honey on it for example. Just like rewarding a little puppy for doing the right thing, but it works. :P

My whole late, my motivation has been gaming. they give me this unique difference experience. Ive had one interest since i was a child getting my first game on a console, i believe it was the Atari something, it had pong on it, i believe it was the Atari 5100 something like that.

As of late i still play games as much as i can.

Started to work out, really dont wanna risk up to old and fragile and require help from others. besides its really nice being strong enough to life stuff, hate it when i cannot move stuff in my apartment because its to heavy.

I dont think i have those genes that normal people have they become bored.

No matter what i always find something to do.

Made a small workshop thingy in my basement storage unit. Now the hard part is learning to make stuff that doesnt look like crap.

I do try with other people, and dating and stuff every year or so, but that is one area of life ill always fail in, because i dont get it. i mean wtf do new people even talk about. it always seems to come down to. So what is your job? how much do you earn ? do you have a car ?.

I'm still trying to get past the assumption that autistic brains are not motivated toward survival.
