Does anyone else on here occasionally find something on the Internet relating to a sensory pet hate (e.g. stories/articles/tweets/etc about someone experiencing a stimulus you can't stand) and then read more, look into it further, read other people's accounts of the event, and basically become a little bit obsessed with it for a while even though you know it's freaking you out and making you more and more uncomfortable?
I do this, and it annoys me so much. WHYYYYYY, BRAIN, WHYYYYY?!?!
