Are there any defining qualities between a person with Apergers and person with (severe) ADD and Anxiety...?

(I have researched for months on AS, the most common thing I find is "if it looks like a rose, and smells like a rose, then it's a rose" in comparison to people suspected for AS. My doctor however believes that I just have ADD and Anxiety, while I feel that I fit AS criteria far more...?)

Also, anyone here also on AD(H)D meds?
How does it work for you?
I am on the MAXIMUM for Adderal, plus I have a booster for later in the day, and it barely helps...

A part from behaviour there is also a link between how you interact with people, and how you deal with social situations.

Lots of AS symptoms can be listed, but if you research AS you can see that the symptoms are different.
