mixed up traits

My situation is complex because i have traits that do not match and or sure i have some sort of bipolar and higher iq. i also resemble adhd. Mental health professionals cant come to an aggrement if i am an aspie and i was told that they are uninterested in giving me a diagnosis.

If i cant get a dx i am trying to figure it out but i have traits that go against each other to summarize

for aspergers:
bad social skills as a child that required therapy
Strong special interests
severe meltdowns
stimming

against
normal eye contact
Non verbal cue reading
empathy

this is why im confused
