I just started therapeutic listening program and I was wondering who on here has tried it and what their experiences were?

I've been doing therapeutic listening since January.

I'm extrememly hypersensitive to most senses (propioception is the exception) and can't do the program normally.

However:
-It did more to help my propioception than anything else we've done to try to work on my propioception combined.
-It's clearly had effects on my ability to regulate my sleep patterns in positive ways.
-It's clearly had effects on my ability to do self-care when it comes to either finding my own food or something like that.
-It's helped my vestibular system, particularly the vestibular-other senses connections. My vestibular system is a mess though, so we're doing a lot of work on it.
