hi. i took several asperger diagnosis tests online and i scored very very high. i'm a MBTI INTP personality type and i have read that there are lots of similarities between this personality type and Asperger's Syndrome.
but when i read symptoms, aspie experiences and/or the question on this quizzes and tests, i see some of the symptoms that are not related to personality. one of those were "high pitched sound hurts" and it is true for me. sometimes i cannot stand my sisters and my mothers voice (or any other female creatures voice if it's frequency is high!) and i cannot stand music or any other sound. but some other times, i enjoy these voices. whatever. i just wanted to know some unique aspergers symptoms to know that this is not just an issue with my self-esteem or my personality or EQ.
i do not want to see a doctor right now, i want to do some research first, if you help me with this, i appreciate.

I'm not sure what your question is as what you have written is confusing.

I have re-read a few times, and maybe you are asking this:

"What are some AS traits that could not be confused with other conditions or general personality traits?"

If so, this is a hard question to answer, as by themselves most, if not all of the traits of AS exist generally in the population. It is the severity of the traits that make them clinical. Syndrome, means a collection of traits altogether that form a recognisable condition.

BTW I had read that it is INTJ (which I am) that is the MB type that correlates mostly with AS.

It's a spectrum. If you need to understand anything beforehand, you need to know that being autistic or not depends on the severity of certain symptoms/traits. Whirlingmind is right.
If I had to pick out something particular or a tell-tale sign of ASD, I'd say obsessive interests.

Yes, sensory sensitivity is a hallmark of autism, but not of any "personality type".

Here are a couple--we tend to be highly gifted in one area but below average in others.

Cross dominance--the ability to use either hand, seems to be somewhat common among Aspies.

Unusually good memory in some way--but like being gifted, we may also have issues in similar areas! Being able to memorize the Scrabble dictionary but not being able remember the face of the relative who gave you the book is a good example.

On the hour of every hour if there is a clock on display in the room I’m drawn towards the time, example 1500, 1600, 1700, especially with the clock or time on a computer. On a conventional clock even the second hand will be the hour.

In the middle of a conversation I will suddenly stop talking and search out the time somewhere in the room which will always be on the hour.

If someone asks me the time I can sometimes tell them the time without looking at a time piece beforehand. Something I have been doing since I was 12 years old, I see it as a vision in my mind quickly before I have time to think about it.

A strange mind feat I know.

Or, perhaps it is the reverse.

People with AS are largely classified in the INTP (I'm INTJ) category of the MBTI.

This does not mean that someone who is INTP has AS, but many with AS test as INTP.

This is what a qualified diagnostic specialist looks for. Do you have "autism" or is it just your personality.

Example....

A person who is very shy might seem autistic, but in the right social situation, there are no autistic tendencies manifested. However, if a person is autistic, even in a positive social situation where they shed many AS traits, other traits remain.

AS symptoms not related to personality types:
Cognitive problems resulting from structural differences it the brain.
These include poor working memory, deficits in planning a sequence of actions, slow processing speed, poor mental flexibility characterized by repetitive stereotyped behavior, inability to process sensory input as fast as it is received, and deficits in regulation and modulation of motor activity.
