This always happens I'll say something maybe a sentence and people won't understand me and they'll be like did you mean so and so and i just say yes and nod agreeing, so i don't have to explain it again and be talking for ages but it makes me feel like an idiot. :(

If something is worth saying then it needs to be understood by the other person(s).
Otherwise you might as well not bother in the first place.

Maybe you do not provide enough information, is what you say too abbreviated?
Do you feel embarrassed about speaking in public?
Too quiet or looking away when speaking?

Ah...hah....you have an MBI....it's easily treated... can take a while to be effective.

General treatment is to remember that your opinions are just as important as those of anybody else.

To treat the Babble part of the Infection, take a deep breath and focus your thoughts just before beginning to speak.

To treat the Mumbly part, look at the person you are talking to, does not have to be eye contact. Open your mouth wide when talking, let the words be free.

Repeat as required until you are cured.

Good luck.
