I made a rule that i must get out at least once everyday. Even if that just means walking to the local shops.
I used to feel guilty or something if i stayed in all day.
Nowadays i am in a routine, and so do not need to be so strict.
Once every month or two, i will stay in: i never feel guilty about this, in fact it feels more like a treat.

I would advise not getting into the habit of being couped up all day. Fresh air is good for you. An aimless 10 mins walk can be refreshing.

I used to in middle school and high school, but now that I'm professionally making films, I'm on set for most of the day.

I love hiding away in my room, I wish that I could do gymnastics, and play lacrosse in my room.

I am at work during the week. I spend most of my weekends on the computer. Unless it's the weekend where they hold the Houston Auto Show, then I am there all day.

There's nothing to do in my room really, except for maybe read on my bed. All the stuff I like to do is not in my room.

On the weekend I often do but during the week I make a real effort to get out and about and lately I have been working a bit so it is an opportunity to get out. Tomorrow I am working so I will be out most of the day.

Rarely leave my very small 2 & 1/2 room apartment. Most of my time's spent in or on the bed. All my projects are nearby/at hand: books, computer & printer, candy, an ashtray & a mug of tea.
I'm more agoraphobic than I used to be, because my family made me miserable when I had to live with them (because I was a child). Now that my home is how I like it to be (and contains my family of choice), it's my refuge from (instead of the source of) fear & discomfort.
Had no choice about going to school as kid-in retrospect it was easy compared to the grown-up demands of a job "in the real world". Have no career, so I don't have to leave the house often or for long. I visit a clinic for weekly appointments with my counselors, since my social life is very narrow & limited. Have an indoor cat who keeps me company & gives me another creature to focus on. My boyfriend lives with me, he's willing & able to do many things that are beyond me-such as driving, working, and talking to strangers.

No. There are a lot of temptations, but I usually only spend the evening in my room.

My room is my universe; I practically never leave it.
