I read somewhere that a some babies on the autistic spectrum are really quiet.
When I was a baby, I rarely cried, and I was an 'easy baby'. How about you?

Same here, except I was really active at night.

I was really quiet and just wanted to cocoon and sleep on my brothers chest.

My mother practiced swaddling, and tried to keep me there as long as possible.
When those came off I became more anxious and snively in general. And would try to curl myself up as tightly as I could face down to sleep.

but it just wasn't the same....

I also slept through the night without trouble. My NT sister cried all the time.

My son cried all the time, hated prams (we carried him in a babysling and put the shopping in the pram), didn't sleep - he woke up when the church bells chimed - which was every fifteen minutes. I was exausted!

I didn't really cry either. My mother said I only cried with good reason. Hungry, thursty, etc... She said I didn't even cry when I fell down when I was walking.

I was so quiet they thought there might be something wrong with me. Imagine that.

I was a quiet, well behaved baby. Although I cannot really remember, my mother kept a baby book of my first year, and she wrote her observations in the book.

I was a strange baby. I passed a lot of time very quiet and watching "nothing" in my own world, my mom believe maybe I was blind.

My mom never told me. She did tell me that I was the only person her cat loved. Her cat got hit by a car though and I never got to meet her.
