as I have said I am at university, moved in on the 21st of September :) but I am experiencing very severe mood swings, its freaking me out a bit because I feel very out of control, its like one minute I will be fine and the next a dark cloud comes over me and I don't want to talk or see anyone and I want to hit and throw things then the next day I will be really happy, this has happened since I got here is this likely to be a reaction to moving away, I am a bit worried about how bad and sudden the mood swings can be

I get severe mood swings, too. There are a lot of things I have to do this week, but I've been so down in the dumps that I seem to lack the energy to get on with my tasks. They're not Herculean, but the way I feel right now, they may as well be cleaning the Augean stables or capturing the Cretan bull.

It's especially normal when you're adjusting to a big change in environment and routine.
