I have a Stemming question.

I know about the types of stemming but I have a question. Can clapping be a form a stemming? If it is I clap a lot. Sometimes I clap when I am anticipating stuff. I sometimes clap when I am anxious. I only seem to clap when I'm alone.

sounds like stimming to me. I rub my hands together if i'm excited or angry.

Just to let you know, it's spelled "stimming". Comes from the word "stimulation".

Pretty much any physical reaction to certain emotions or circumstances could be considered stimming.
