I know about the types of stemming but I have a question. Can clapping be a form a stemming? If it is I clap a lot. Sometimes I clap when I am anticipating stuff. I sometimes clap when I am anxious. I only seem to clap when I'm alone.

Just to let you know, it's spelled "stimming". Comes from the word "stimulation". :)

Pretty much any physical reaction to certain emotions or circumstances could be considered stimming.
