Trampolines are ok, only the big comfy rectangle ones though. Not the tiny round ones.
I also used to enjoy playing on the swings for ages. Even as a young adult :D

I have a rebounder that I use.

For weightlessness though, I like swimming...

I love trampolining! :D But have not been able to much in yrs. b/c my mom sold her business (she used to teach acrobatic gymnastics/not just tumbling). I love the feeling of bouncing on a trampoline (but I cannot do anything fancy like flips/most extreme thing I've ever done on a trampoline is a roundoff or cartwheel).

There fun! 8)

i love the swings too.
when i was little i used to run away from my house and just play on the swings for hours, its very hard to get bored of them.

i like swimming but i cant handle all the people in the sports centre and in the pools, luckily my dad works in a really cool lab that has a pool, so in the summer we go there and we're on our own and its quiet.

i can do flips in lots of shapes and flips with twists. i have done trampolining for 5 years. i dont like the round ones either, the proffesional ones are best.
unfortunately i cant have one of those in my back garden so i just have a rectangular garden trampoline.
i would recommend trampolinine for other people, the rhythm of bouncing can calm me down and its so much fun.

slides are cool but i always get a static shock and i dont like that part.
in wales there is a park with a REALLY long slide, i used to play for a long time on that when we visited family.

You are in free fall on both the way up and the way down.

I would love trampolining if it didn't make my head 'click'. :(

Trampolines are super fun. Also, playgrounds with slides and swings and monkey bars... Sports? Not so much.

My cousin used to teach trampolining. At one point she tried to teach me but then during a lesson (not with me) she broke her back and obviously had to stop. After that I got put off trampolines.

i don't like trampolines that much. I don't like other people on there with me or anyone doing flips I'm yelling at them to stop even when I'm not on it. :P My little sister seen the little sticker with all the warnings, so she follows them too very strictly.

I love swingsets though, everyday.

I like the bounce of the trampoline and swinging really high, too, but after a few minutes I feel like I'm going to freak out. could it be some overstimulation thing? I love it, it's fun, then suddenly I can't handle it anymore?

I like the idea of trampolining and watching people who enjoy bouncing on a trampoline.

When I tried trampolining, I realized that I could not sense the center of balance in my body and therefore viewed trampolining, for me, as possibly dangerous.

I learned to ride a bicycle (2 wheels) to and from school but I was hesitant to even try a unicycle (1 wheel) due to the above inability to sense the center of balance in my body.

I LOVE trampolining. My only problem is as I don't exercise too much, my knees get tired really quickly. I just when we went to this one place a couple of months ago, it was awesome. They had like a lot of really big trampolines.

And I love swings. I'd run to swing during recess. It was what I missed during the weekends. But when I went to the park, I could swing for hours and hours and hours.

I would LOVE to do trampolining again. It has to be one of the most fun sports. I liked doing swivel hips. I didn't like back drops.

I did try out trampolining at my last college, but after half an hour I went off with a 'headache' because everyone there was so serious and didn't talk.

The only problem with going to trampolining lessons is you pay at least a fiver for each lesson...but you only get about 10 minutes worth altogether on the trampoline because of everyone else needing to take their turn.
