DX, Temp job and Dark Victory

On September 20th, 2005, I start a temp to hire job.
My reactions are mixed. I am glad it is $9 per hour. I am
glad it is full-time. I am also pleased that it is less that an hour
from the house.

Why am I not sure?
1)...I let all new jobs pass a month status.
2)...Will my best be good enough.
3)...At what point will my autism interupt this
job. It has been a burden before, and the
only stable job was back area maintance and
doing dishes.
4)...My best employers played my strengths, and
employers kept individuals, not bodies.
5)...Too easy? hmmm? at least it can create
$300 per week max.

1)..Comics Budget!

END OF ATLAS SEARCH: 9/19/05'

a)...I have concluded my time at W.P and don't look
back. A bit bitter(will wear off as learning lesson)
but at least it produced 2 friends, BeeBee(housing, and
support when she has the time))
and Pryaxis(chat and connected person to me).

b)...Started my Autism journey with John Egert,
and concluded it with a road trip and relocation,
and DIAGNOSES.

c)...Kid Colt 10¢F covers(as much as I could find under
$50)

I am unsure about anything as of late. I am glad to
start a income. How long depends on the job, the
co-workers, and the performance I can produce.
It has benefits, It has good pay for this area. $9 is
$15-20 in S.F.

I am sure that Shane didn't ask much questions since
he knows I came from the DEVELOPMENT of EMPLOYMENT
and ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT(for those of special needs).

Tom Andrews(Employment Councelor Specialist) probly
has done placements with Shane(Technical Placement Person)
before and thus I already had a acceptance letter setup
upon arrival.

I have much to thank for this opportunity. That includes
BeeBee. Though we agree that until the job passes
the 5th week.....I bank the checks as a checking and savings
account.

$600 checking
$600 savings
= beginning numbers provided this job lasts 5 weeks
The 5th week starts debt paying, rent paying, and
regular saviings for my future school and later housing.
After such time passes(the 5th paycheck)This saving and
checking would constitute daily misclanteous cash.

thus overall; by the 5th checks beginning of
the rent cycle(provided the job works to my
better end) $650 per month afterwards

Shane did a quick and clever drug test. You pee'd
into a special bottle with a covered label. Then when
you seal it he unpeals the label and puts in individual
key.

I reads and colors change for negative and positive.
The person with me failed on the guise of his friends
smoke weed around him. Thus, fact or fiction, Shane
could care less(his own business, his own rules) but
was bound by contract not to hire positive resulted
folks.

This kid was ex-military. He didn't bring his ID and
Social Security card either. Hmmm? unprepared
indeed.

I came in with my green wool jacket on 77' degree day,
and would later go to Applebee's so by night the tempature
drops. I came with my computer bag and any important
paperwork. I can try to look professional, but my
presence is often a reactive key to my benefit or loss
from others. And I do admit that I am looking out of
place here iin Apple Valley dressed like this, but it is not
normal persons I am not pleasing. It is I since they can
offer me noting in particular on a casual basis. I am
not really interested in conforming to a non-existent
reality that I will be able to be accepted by them.

I had difficulty with the safety test. I find this in surveys
as well. The kids cell phone kept ringing. and they had
a pleasant conversation that made it difficult to read.
It seems the more I am aware of autism, the more acutely
I am conscious of what causes reactions withiin me.
Cell phones never bothered me so directily before, Just
slightly.

The test turned out to be reading literature and he just needed
a signiture. I tried to concentrate and do good on it, but was
slow to make sure I didn't miss anything. I learned my lesson
from surveys that glitched me before.

Regardless, the kid sped through the safety booklet and
answered the few questions that required thought so
quickly,

I on the otherhand was plucking at it, so I could grasp the
full perspective possible from it. Slow, but trying to be
detailed and thorough.

I went to my diagnoses appointment at 10am on
9/19/05'. I got up by 6:00am so BeeBee
could wakeup thekids for school and get to work
on time.

D' sleptin to catch a bus, and A' got a lift by his
mother(BeeBee). They are good kids. One
plays video games alot and uses TV as a zoning
space. Video games enhance his problem solving
so that doesn't count as a negative. J' is quietly
spoken at home, so I can't say much about him.
He reads alot and like to go online alot.

By 7:30am I arrive in horrible area of St.Paul West.
not too dingy wharehouses, but the type of people
remind me of what I left behind in San franscico.
Just by walking in the only liquor store nearby for
a cigar you could see a dingy and lowbudget shelved
interior and a semi-cracked cashier CAGE that slides
shut probly during nighttime. It is the thick plexy
glass to just allow one to give the cahier $'s and ¢F's.
Think of the kind you find in high crime areas that
Gas stations use.

I doddled at the nearby McDonalds since there were no
coffeeshops. The area was mostly industrial, blah!
The roads twist and deadend and make a lack of direction
autistic adult cringe the first few tries. There is a bus
there that runs all night and connects to the lighrail.
#16 was a common bus.

I ordered a $4 breafast and drink at the only McD's.
I tasted liked powdered eggs. and the sausge and
muffin were low budget; like what do you expect from
McDonalds? Pleww to that place.

I setup my computer by 9:30am so I could present
the uncleanedup audio interview of my Grandmother.
During this process, I find they have 90% Macs all
the way down to the Blondi-blue iMac of ´´97' and
a personal laserwriter from say 7 years ago.
They had a to-be-returned G4 refurb E-mac that didn't
boot. and it was suppose to replace the older imac from
´´97'.

Barbra (Ph.d) and I listened to the audio and she asked
periodical quiestons to decipher it's poor recording quality,
It gave her some vital? clues? I will find out.

We steppped into a distant room and she asked key
quesitons like what happened during certain age groups
and I was able ot unleash my "abused" past and how
literal meaning and Karl(Step-Grandfather; Grandmothers
2nd husband) used there's the door tactics at 15+ that
led to my dark flight and the carrying of desktops to
Carl's Jr for use of my computers of that time, as well
my 19 years of perptual homelessness and still employed
low-self esttem past.

I did mentiion you folks at WrongPlanet and how certain
individuals sent me back to that dark path. I am still
lingering there. I trust less because of it. The reason
I am writing this is so that you folks know that I am not
dead and thanks to the old gen-wrongplanet I was able to
see this DX happen. It would not have happened in it's
current PG13 standing, and I would not have been able
to release properly layers of abuse.

Too bad that it had to be reminded to me by certain
individuals on W.P-next Generation. That isn't relevant
now, scarred in the past and scarred in the present,
I am cursed to that it seems.

I then related my Homosexual-physical contact overcompensation
need for physical contact between ages 22-24, and
My first few girl friends, and my older lady friend, and
how they all taught me aspects of life and my preparedeness
for it.

I explained that without the experiences with Sci-fi folk and cons
, Rocky Horror folk, and sexual journeys, (all dark results) and
how that if I weren't distant and ignored I would have fallen
into many traps most normal folks would easily fall into.

She coorolated how the Harry Potter thing, and my interest
in haunted houses, and comics and things long forgotten
are consistent patterns of my character and how they can
relate to autistic feelings.

I have a verbal confirmation, and later 2 written copies
for Susan(councelor worker) and myself. i am too
hand deliver them.

I am vague about all the exact details. That will come
int the report.
