Today everything was just too much.

Actually allready this week...
I was in the dental hospital in the surgery yesterday, the day before yesterday and also the day before that, because they had to cut out an abscess. Nothing serious actually, but it was totally stressfull for me, with all the hospital stuff and so on.
Besides that I had to go to university and also to work, but had to change my time when I work very quick, because of the abscess thing.

... then today I was meeting my brother in another city. Because of the fact I had to leave very early in the morning, there were no busses and I didn't realize that, that there aren't any so early. So I had to walk to the trainstation. I just arrived in time for my train, who came too late and then, we -my brother and I- had an appointment by a notary, because my father passed away a while ago and so we still had to regulate some stuff, but couldn't quite do that, because some highly important documents are missing and noone knows where they are...!
Then I came home and my mom calls that I had to bring here the medical history of my deceased brother (I read it, so I had it. I told here, to bring it when I come next weekend and then I got a call from work, if I would know that I had to work since ten minutes? 8O
I actually didn't and the time must have gotten mixed up. (My boss is prone to mistakes at the moment, because she is pregnant and so on and it's not the first time that she puts me in at the wrong time, but usually I notice it before hand and we can fix it.)
So I had to come reall quick, jump in the wrong bus, had to jump out again and take another one because I was totally stressed.

Then at work, after five minutes being there I get a break down and start to cry. Something like that has never happened to me before, but I couldn't even stop. Happily someone else was there, who could work for me, so I could leave.
Now I just came home and feel terrible and actually I should go to the store, to get something to eat. :?

That was 'a lot' to have to contend with, Raziel. I think that "going to the store to get something to eat", would be good for you at this time". You will refuel, clear your thoughts, and perhaps feel ready to pick yourself up, by your boot-straps, and start, a new, .... Allow yourself to relax. Not sure if you're into taking baths, but when I've had a day, such as the one you've just described, I'll throw in some Epsom salts and lavender, and just soak and meditate. If you don't have those items, perhaps you have something else, of which the scent causes you a relaxing sensation. I hope things get better from here...

I am so sorry. Days like that stink. Be gentle with yourself.

Thank you for your answer. :)
I went to the store, to crap myself something to eat for the weekend and I'm sitting here with some sushi and feel at least a bit better.
My nerves are still a bit on a breaking point, but not so bad anymore. I guess I need some rest. :tired:
:alien:

Thanks, I will. :)
I usually don't have days like that, but from time to time they happen I guess. :?

You're welcome! Glad that you enjoyed sushi and got to feeling a bit better! I don't often have that type of day, either, however, they can have a profound affect on me, when they do happen to come about. Keep feeling better:))

Walk in briskly, with your head held, high, and crack a smile. If anyone brings it up, be willing to acknowledge it, but you are not obligated to explain anything, in detail. If the person is there, who had to cover your shift, or worked a bit harder that day, acknowledge their efforts with your appreciation. Keep in mind, everyone has a hard day, every-now-and-then. You are just as entitled, as the next person:). Let us know how it goes! Best wishes and enjoy! : )
