Most humans have phobias. Yes, even NTs! Now you've learnt something today.

you remind me. i used to be afraid of throwing up because you can choke, and i was scared of balloons because of the noise they made. and i thought they'd explode in my hands and it hurts. i went to a birthday party, and the other kids filled up balloons, and i was so afraid they'd blow up. i got really scared.

I'm emetophobic, although it's not as severe as it was during my late teens and early adult years when my entire world revolved around my fear of throwing up.
I've also had really bad fears of dogs, especially pit bulls and rotts, crossing busy city streets, cars, traffic, people who drive badly, going over bridges, and wide-open areas, especially parking lots. In the 90's I was constantly afraid of the world ending and I still occasionally am. As a kid I was really afraid of using public bathrooms and toilets!

I have fears such as of dark, strangers, public speaking, changing up my routine and government offices, but my only clinical phobias are of spiders and vomit.

I am afraid of spiders, heights, balloons, flying, aggressive dogs, and people who act violent in front of me.

My sensory issues are almost exclusively phobias unless im tired or stressed in which case just stepping outside the houe can trigger very unplesant sensations.

Trypophobia and Misophonia are the big ones. I had a trypophobic attack today where I kept seeing licthenberg figures in my head... Shudders.... I just googled it and. Its too horrible to even describe. Its not even trypophobia come to mention it. I just am repulsed by the branching cracks. Makes my skin crawl.

There is a lot of big or tall or noisy stuff am skittish of,
and i get creeped out by creepy stuff like a spider crawling on me...
but i don't think i have any actual phobias so far... except
for roller coasters. I am scared to death of them.
But if i take 1mg of Xanax, i can get on them and they are a blast.
