Thats next door that is parking lights
Is that means im hypersensitive in vision but i learn it ignore it but i am hypersensitivity to lights is that true or im wrong

It might simply be oversensitivity to light, or something more.

I suggest reading about Irlen Syndrome, which is a light sensitivity with specific effects, like the one you drew. I have it and headlights on cars look like this to me without my Irlen colored glasses.

parking lights I can handle but headlights seem like scattered light rays to me, like visual overload.

I don't have Irlen but I still find tinted lenses helpful and soothing for headlights, streetlights and overly lit up indoor places.

I wear an old pair of ray-ban sepia-tinted polarized glasses, they are essential for me wherever I go outside the house.

I looked into Irlen glasses, but I learned that if you wear prescription lenses, you must buy the lenses, then send them to Irlen for the correct tinting, then back to you, then to the optometrist for installation in the frames. Too bad, I kinda wanted them for a couple vision conditions (rivers and fading of letters).

When i go down optometrist and they said im fine healthy vision 20/20 vision but flashes really make me blind omg i hate it but i dont show emotions other people i dont want get angry i usally calm and its really bright to me i dont have blind spots or anything like that but very little floaters because i think im oversensitive with lights cars parking lights and street lights cars just like shooting star when i move eyes cross side and side its annoying its like 500mph i see when i cross the eyes everything warping lights and bouncing and eyes pain from too much lights distraction makes me little cranky so yeah they said im fine with my vision but the lights is the issues with me even sun as well cant put head up and i had look down and colour lights like blue and white effect me even red leds on car so i learn not look at but cant help it because sensitive to it is there any ideas what should i do with eyes iren or something
