NineMSN news is a fairly popular Australian resource and currently, the most read online article concerns an autistic child. Unfortunately it isn't very in-depth and only shows a fraction of the video, but I'm sure if you wanted to find out more you'd discover the whole story somewhere else on the internet.

I'm posting this not for its content alone, but for the fact that it reached #1 most read based on its content. To reach that position an article has to be very popular. There is good in the world.
