Perhaps this is not quite in the right place, but there's a cute animation about social anxiety that I just saw on YouTube that many of you will probably resonate with, more or less, despite it being made from an NT's point of view.

Most of what is shown is something I've had to deal with more than a few times, and I wonder if any of y'all have too.
