Hi there,
this is an amazing forum and I am glad that I came upon it. Actually I once had a crash on somebody that I now think that he might have Asperger's syndrome but never was diagnosed. Anyway, it's been a long time since then and now I am dedicating my dissertation -to be written- to AS in relation with trait emotional intelligence. I always felt that I wanted to know more about it and now my tutor helps me out with the emotional intelligence thing but it's up to me to get people with Asperger's to answer a questionnaire. Anyone interested in helping me out with it? it's just a questionnaire, ok not a very short one, but if anybody has 20-30 minutes to spend it might be interesting for you too, as when I am finished in a few months I'll post the results! So, I would appreciate it if any of you completed the questionnaire! If anyone's interested and is over 18 years old, e-mail me at [email protected] and I'm going to send you the questionnaire through e-mail.Thanx to everyone in advance.
Oh and something else.Anyone from London? If yes, do you know any societies where I could give some more questionnaires?

Hey,

Welcome to the site. I'd be interested in reading your dissertation, once it's finished. Will you post it here?

Thanks,
Alex

I will post a summary and the results if you are interested. I couldn't post the whole thing as it is going to be too big and the details not so interesting!

Anyone else interested in completing a questionnaire about emotional intelligence?
It would help a lot as it is much more comfortable for everybody to do it through the internet rather than a paper copy and my presence over your head

I would particularly appreciate it if I had more girls do that, as it would be unfair to have much more boys in the results. Of course boys are most welcome too, it's just a comment to motivate girls too!

Thanks again for reading this, I remind you of my e-mail address so that everybody can tell me if they are interested to receive an attachment of the questionnaire:
[email protected]

Cheers

Dear members of Wrongplanet,

I would like to thank those of you who have replied to my request and inform the rest of you that if anyone's interested you can e-mail me until the end of the month (March) and I will attach the questionnaire for you to fill in. I remind you that you have to be over 18 and diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome to participate and all you have to do is fill in a questionnaire from the comfort of your home and send it back to me through e-mail. My e-mail address is: [email protected]
Looking forward to hearing from more of you, as I am still in need of participants.

Kind regards,

Georgia
