Do you like going the mall and just walking around? My plan is to move to the city and go to a mall everyday with my laptop and go on WP all day.

I don't really like malls all that much...way too many people.
I get all afraid...and panicky.

Malls are also REALLY loud! Between the excess of smells, people, noise, and lighting---I absolutely HATE the mall.

If i enter a mall i need to know exactly where i'm going, and get there as quickly as possible, that amount of people should not be enclosed in such a small space.

NO, there's too many people in too little space, and it's a loud fluorescent hell. If I need to go the mall for any reason, I wait untill a weekday at 11:00 AM and get whatever I need at a dead run.

there are certain places in the mall that i despise going to. i don't enjoy going to clothing or shoe outlets because they have all of those posters hanging on the walls. you know those posters with the sexy people wearing the store's clothing to make it look better? they're normally in some strange location like a rainforest or a jungle and it annoys me because i know that would be the last place that i'd see someone wearing that outfit.

then there are all those people in the mall...*shudders* i like to go to any music, movie, massage, or book store in the mall.

I like to go to the mall just to walk around, and I also like to go to the bookstore there.

However, what I DON'T like about malls is that they are crowded and noisy, and that's the place where I get flirted with the most.

I only go there to get what I want, then immediately leave.

If it's quite and open and there isn't a lot of people I like to browse, but when is it ever like that?

No. Unless I want to go to the bookstore or record store, I have no interest in the mall. It is too crowded.

i like to look at the people. i like malls where a big mix of people go, like, many classes and races. if everyone is rich and white and thin it kind of intimidates me. i like to go to a mall in the nearest big city and see people from all continents, just to remind myself there are all kinds, because i live in a small town.

and i like to look at the differnet outfits people wear; sometimes the real ppl's outfits are more interesting than the ones in the stores, and you get fashion ideas. i am not good at fashion, but i enjoy it in theory.

also i like the foodcourt. and the bookstores.

the main thing about malls is that some stores are way too expensive. the mall is more fun if around half of the stores have things i would actually pay that much for, even if i don't buy them that day. if every store is expensive and exclusive, that is intimidating too.

my husband likes malls ok, but not for the same reasons as me. i am not sure what are his reasons. maybe he is not sure. anyway, it's ok for us, becos we don't usually get overload from people unless we have to interact w them, and in malls you don't have to. if it were a party, well, could be a totally different result.

Our mall is here small. But I don't like it because there's no game store.

I don't go out alone, mum always has to go with me as I'm afraid of people.

I don't like malls for the same reasons everyone else has listed. Too noisy, too many people, especially too many young people whom tend to be the ones that like to bully you or stare if you are different. It's also too bright because of the excessive fluorescents they use. Also too many smells. Having cinnamon almonds, Chinese food and chocolate chip cookies smells intermingling makes me feel overwhelmed along with the scents of different people. Yes I detect people scents. I'm not talking just the dirty body odor people, but clean people have scents too. I swear different races have different scents. I can also generally tell what people's diets are by their scent and I can smell death on old people.
