I'll try to relate the feeling as much as I can, as I'm interested to see if others have the same experience as I do.

I feel a persistent feeling of overstimulation, like a humming or buzzing, in my fingertips and toes. It is there all the time and, of course, is more annoying the more aware of it I become. I tend to be quite sensitive to touch (particularly with things like touch screens) but this feeling occurs when I am not touching anything. It makes me anxious, and I deal with it by constantly stimming, primarily by rubbing my fingertips together and on anything else.

Does anybody else experience this sort of tactile sensitivity?

I don't experience exactly what you say, but a lot of the time my fingers/toes feel as if they are sticking together in a way that I can't explain, and I flick them to relieve the annoyance. I'm not sure whether the flicking is a stim or not as if I flick for too long it actually feels stressful (like a headache in my fingers/toes).

Also, when I'm outside (mostly at night) I tend to randomly feel uncomfortable/itchy all over and I'm not entirely sure why.

I didn't until you mentioned it. I'm always wiggling my fingers and toes.
I read this and now they're buzzing.
My ears are humming.

Is this some kind of voodoo sh*t?

My fingertips are humming, and I'm always wiggling my toes, but I knew that about my toes anyway. My ears are also always a tingling/humming noise, but I only ever notice it when it's silent, so it drives me crazy.
