Learning the steel pans today and last week I was absolutely fine. Brilliant in fact. Today ive been going over the same passage for 2 hours and it isnt being transferred to muscle memory at all. I have some sort of lung inflammation which is worrying me and I was in a funk all morning + arrived late and flustered. Even been having reactions to touch which I can deal with ok under some circumstances.

So who else experiences a sort of cognitive decline during periods of stress?

Too much flour causes brain fog for meas well. White flour seems to be worse than brown flour however and im fairly certain that brown flour is more glutinous so they should at least exert the same dulling effect. Could be blood sugar related.

I have brain fog almost all the time. :( When the fog lifts I feel very happy.

Yeah, I was a bit stressed yesterday, and I made some errors while editing video, but today, my mind is clear, so I am fixing those errors now, and things that seemed hard yesterday are easy today, but I still got a lot done yesterday, trying some new things, which is making today's work easier.
