How Do You Interpret Aspie Test Graph?

I done this test ages ago ... it's a pretty common test I think ... and someones avatar just reminded me of something I was struggling to understand about the results. I've added the image below. If you look at the graph "social" is low on the NT side, but hight on the "aspie" side. How do you interpret the "aspie" side? If my social skills are poor as NT as it shows on the graph then shouldn't it be low on the "aspie" side too?

Never quite understood how to read that graph.
