This is my first survey attempt, I hope I
do it right!

My friend and I were talking last night and
since I am nearing post 400 in a 1 month
period, I though it would be good to step
back and see how I am doing with you
folks on www.wrongplanet.net. I say thank
you for your courage to be here and post.
I hope my contributions were of some insight
and help, as yours have been to me.

So, here goes.......and please, if you choose,
make suggestions. I have had a few and
I have been making gradual improvements
in my posts because of them.

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

ummm... no offense intended, but this poll is invalid. Each answer is a question in itself.

Interesting idea for a thread GH, a "what do people think of me" survey.
I have to agree with Morlock, the answers are questions. I would select the "all of the above" option - if there was one.

No offense here, but If we get the gist of what he's asking, does it really matter?

The second option is the only one that's confusing. Simply click yes to the option/question that best fits.

Yeah that poll has questions as answers. To answer one of your questions, you aren't that bad at communicating. I do have trouble understanding you when you try to speak from your consciousness instead of writing in a normal way. Its great that you can write creatively but people aren't going to understand you (and probably won't want to try to) unless you write normally when you're trying to communicate on a forum. If you do want to write creatively, thats ok, but people are less likely to understand. That doesn't mean you should stop expressing yourself. Just do that in the writing/poetry section.

yes, to me when you write in that mode where you use words like 'i-physical' - it's more like creative writing, which is fine, but very difficult to penetrate for meaning - it's llike a lot of word pictures and isn't that useful just to exchange info. That's what they call 'idiosyncratic' language usage in autism textbooks.

thinks

but then, I think you said you learnt language from picture cards?

I would have voted, but I'm not sure most people on the site know I exist.

Well if GH wanted to have a real poll, he would probably appreciate that Morlock was helping him out by telling him that he messed up, so it might matter to GH. I think GH is doing a lot better at communication.

I seriously doubt you can edit a survey.
Anyways, GH, I have somewhat enjoyed you. I tend to speed read your posts, simply because I'm always having trouble understanding the point you're trying to get across. You're survey is a great example. Out of simple confusion, I picked the first one. You seem to be a genuinely nice person, just a tad confusing at times. :P

I'm just going to vote one that the answer is yes for.

I don't have any problems with you but I do with the layout of your posts. This probably can't be helped, so i'm sorry. I just find the layout hard to read, especially if it involves quotes.

I enjoy reading your posts. I think they have gotten much easier to read since you got on top of the "quote" thing.

I get the impression you are a nice, caring person.
