While I was trying to catch up on the "You might be an Aspie" thread, I got the idea that it might be fun to to try the same thing from the other direction. That would be more challenging because we can no more understand how NT's minds work than they understand how ours do; but let's try, shall we?

You cannot stand silence and will respond to it by turning on a radio or some other noisemaking device without any intention of listening to it.

The question of whether or not you have anything to say has absolutely nothing to do with the determination of when to speak.

When people ask you how you are feeling, you do not even consider the possibility that they may actually care.

If you feel compelled to do what everyone else is doing regardless of whether or not it makes any sense or serves any purpose.

You believe the majority is always right.

You believe thinking of what to say next is more important than listening to what someone is telling you.

I do that in order to have something to focus on other than the constant chatter of my impulse driven mind.
