I'd be surprised if they treated you differently based on your evaluation, but if they do, just explain that you're the same person you've always been, and that officially documenting your disability doesn't make you any different than you were before. If they were less understanding of your needs previously, you may find their change in behaviour beneficial, though you may have to point out that help is appreciated, the accompanying patronising is not.
