Being a Moderator on a Site of NTs

I am actually a head aminstrator of a website with a lot of NT members. And they hate me as Head Adminstrator and I just don't honestly understand why. I don't give out warnings or punishments unless there is reason.

A lot of it is them breaking multiple rules.

Someone starts an argument
I say drop it
They don't
I tell them a second time
They continue
I kick them after giving three verbal warnings
They come back to continue and argue with me about being kicked
I tell them drop it one more time
They don't
I ban them for half n hour

Then they come back upset at me. Saying I am a tryant. I abuse my power. Blah blah blah. Etc. I just don't get it. Should I just no longer be a head adminstrator?

I think the rules you have are fine. But if it stresses you to be a mod than I would not do it. You don't need the added stress. If you enjoy it and the stress does not bother you I don't see any reason why you should stop.
