Good luck, I hope everything goes well; let us know what he says!

Thank you! It went really well. I have my referral!! !! !
He said that it was really good that I was seeking out help and trying to get a better understanding of myself. He asked what was going on, because he had to be able to document a justification for the referral for insurance, and I told him that a huge issue I have that is very related to Asperger's was poor working memory and terrible motor skills. I told him I can't balance on one leg with my eyes closed, I trip all over myself when walking, and I've always had issues with hurting myself accidentally due to my clumsiness. He shook his head and said, "OK, clumsiness is a diagnosis." He wished me luck, and that was that.
Next up, talking to the neurologist for a referral to the neuropsych. My guess is that they want to rule out any brain issues that affect my memory/thinking/executive functioning issues, and motor deficiencies.
