Sensory-motor obesessions while trying to sleep.
I have not been sleeping well at all. I sometimes become very conscious of my breathing and don't know how to stop or other things like described here.

However, I also have issues sleeping in which I might see a shape, usually an irregular blob or something of the sort inside my eyes and my subconscious tries to tell me that it's a person or other animate object that can talk or do personified activities and my consciousness (the logical bit) is upset and wants it to stop.
Sometimes, I also hear words or phrases while stimming that I have the urge to yell out/fear that I have yelled it out and similarly, I often involuntarily think of certain topics or experience certain sensations while performing a task. For example, I used to think about Physics every time I shaved my legs, with a sense of deja vu. I also experience deja vu about seeing strange images or having a certain thought process while I brush my teeth, but I forget what I was thinking when the action stops. Should I tell this to my therapist today? I am also going off my meds because they were giving me meltdowns and acid reflux (bad) but I am having insomnia.

For what it's worth, every now and then I'll get a sense of deja vu about something I'm doing, as if I've done the exact same thing before when it's only similar, and then on later occurrences I'll get a sense of deja vu about having the previous deja vu. Life is weird at times.
