Is there a way to confirm (or at least partially) if I have Aspergers (not doctor) ? A lot of the symptoms fit me but some not so I'm not really sure.

There is no way to be sure. The closest to certainty you can get is a professional diagnosis, but you will find room for doubt even then.
You can take tests online, but they are probably best as a first test of whether you should pursue a professional diagnosis.
If you need to know, a professional is the only way.

Do you need to know? Can you just live with the self knowledge you already have?

You must have some deficits in social communication, some repetitive movements or restricted interests, etc. if you are wondering if you might be autistic. The question is what can you do with this information and will a diagnosis be helpful to you in some way?

If you need it, you have to see a professional. If you don't need it, you can start with the knowledge that you have these symptoms and strategize on ways to compensate for them so their negative impact on your life is minimized, in so far as possible.

Either way, good luck to you.

Well if you look up the diagnostic criteria online through a simple search engine you can see if you meet the requirements. As many say no one on the spectrum is identical we all have our own unique combination of the symptoms with unique strengths and disadvantages for them. Some have a harder time with sensory problems or perhaps it's social problems you really struggle with and even then there are three different levels of disability covered in the dsm 5.

To top it off you have learned strategies to cover deficiencies. You can have co-morbid conditions to add more symptoms. And even then you rarely know anything is different with you unless someone tells you. I didn't even know body language existed until my therapist pointed it out. So it does take a bit of analysis.
