If it's one unwritten rule in Asian culture, if someone (family, spouse, close friends, etc) eye contact is required. In my home, my parents like to do this to me a lot. They are always trying to look into my eyes and I can't stand it, I guess they got jealous because with my siblings, I can make full eye contact.

I honestly can't stand eye contact, unless it's my siblings, whom I know very well, or my autistic friends, because I know what they are thinking. Solution and thoughts?

I can't say that eye gaze is unwanted with me, but I certainly don't like it. I do, however, make eye contact with others with I speak with them, not so much when they are speaking with me. I make eye contact with them only long enough (less than a second) to check if they are still attentive. When they speak to me, I don't need to confirm attention, so my eye contact is less emphasized.

A solution might be to teach them by example that eye contact disrupts your concentration (or whatever effect it has with you). If they see how it affects you in action, they might understand better.

I just don't see how someone gets pleasure out of doing that. Locking pupils with another person just sends a surge of painful noise into my head.

Look down at the floor?

Usually other people making eye contact doesn't bother me, since I generally don't look at people's eyes/faces for more than a split second at a time and thus don't even notice if they are, but there are some people who have really strong vibes and will freak me out if they look at me at all. It's like their eyes are shooting out beams of rage and hostility and judgment, and it just makes my skin crawl.

I used to wonder, why people didn´t look me in the eye. Now I am very aware, that it is the other way around.
I can make eye contact and a gaze is not unwanted here either, - but yet my eye contact is somewhat fluctuating.

This is what I feel. But people always try to look in, but I don't want to let them.

Eye-to-eye contact is good for only about 5 seconds before I need to look away so it doesn't irritate me.
