Does anyone else have cycles of disability?

I guess the best way of describing is that some days I feel more human than others. Most days I'm a really bad geek stereotype, but every once in a while I will find myself remembering things and taking notice of things that normally escape me. It will be extreme enough that not only do I notice the difference, but the people around me do as well.

On the flip side, some days its far worse, and the noises and the lights that make up the world are just too much for me. If the truth be told, I'm utterly terrified most of the time, but it's been so constant and ongoing that I've gotten used to it. But some days I just don't have the strength.

Is it just me?

I do that except it's less of a day to day thing and more like periods lasting a few weeks. Usually, it just relates to my well being and general happiness; If I'm happy, I mesh better.
