Anyone have any experience or insights into asking for accommodations for ASD at work?

I've already done so in part, but next week I have to meet with the accommodation specialist at work, and I'm not sure how to cover myself or ask for what I need in the right way.

At my current job, I asked for accomodations (a quiet room for reading). It was no big deal. With that being said, my supervisor is a therapist and a mental health social worker. She is not prejudiced against people on the spectrum. I am very lucky to have a knowledgeable and understanding boss. I don't think I would say anything if I did not trust the organization that I was working for or my supervisor.
