Thanks everybody! I will work on the chores. I am a germaphobe. My parents say they will think about it and talk.

I will hope for the best. I think that they are afraid of messing me up. Which I do appreciate, but school can be alot. The first semester can be ok but it's all downhill starting somewhere between November and February.
I know I can't convince your parents of this, but I assure you: Homeschool will NOT mess you up. Public school, however, probably will.
Kids who get messed up by home schooling have parents who were going to mess them up anyway, IMO. There's a lot of really good educational material out their to help homeschooling parents teach subjects they don't know, so that's not an issue.
It's really good to get out of the house, though. If you're like me and don't have any interest in going out and meeting people, then you still need to get out of the house... Trust me. I recommend regular trips into nature: Camping, hiking, fishing, kiting, golfing, walking, running, biking, reading under a tree... whatever!
