I do all the time, and it's pretty dumb. I get stressed about not being about to play my games at specific times, specific dates, missing items in games, etc.

It's weird to get stressed out by my special interest that is supposed to make me relaxed and stress free.

Not my current special interest, no. But, for much of my life I was a musician/songwriter and that was my major special interest, and I did start to get stressed out by that, yes. I didn't like public performance and I stopped doing it after beating that dead horse for years. And then even recording (I had a small home studio set-up) began to be something I became too perfectionist about, and that caused me stress instead of relaxation.

I don't do anything music related now, except listening to other people's, of course. But yeah I think basically I became stressed by my own perfectionism in recording my compositions, and it wasn't fun anymore.

I get somewhat stressed out when I'm not able to take the time I would like to study, but I get really stressed if I run across a book pertaining to my interest that I think has information I need but I can't afford to buy the book right then.

I get stressed out about having to go buy materials and supplies needed for my arts and crafts, or not being able to., trying to settle down on the couch or in front of the sewing machine long enough to start making them, trying to think of interesting things to draw or write into a story, neglecting my console games by being on the computer all the time, and I get REALLY stressed out because I don't use role-play with my dolls nearly as much as I used to. Sometimes the anxiety builds and builds until I finally role-play for a bit and afterwards I get relief. For a while, anyway. It shouldn't be something I do because I think I have to, but because I want to.

My garden stresses me out when I have to wait for the right season.
Beginning of spring and autumn are worst because there is soooo much to do.
I get stressed when the rain won't stop and I can't do the jobs that need doing.
But most of all I get stressed in my inability to fully keep track of what I sow and plant.
I usually figure out what is what but can't always remember the varieties so have no idea what colour our size it will turn out.
Still, it does relax me too.

I get stressed out when I'm interrupted in the middle of solving a maths problem or doing a drawing, especially if I'm not going to be able to get back to it for several hours. I can't draw on school days because I need to be able to focus for several hours without interruption. This is why I did so badly at GCSE Art. I also have most ideas late at night or when I wake up, so I either can't sleep or can't concentrate on school work. I also get stressed out when I run out of materials, because it's usually several days before I can get more.

I feel more stressed about society than I do about my interests. My special interests help to calm me down.

I don't get stressed out by learning about my interests, but I don't always like sharing them.

I'm very interested in social sciences and I feel relaxed when I study them just to learn about them. However, I'm pretty quiet and a little shy so I get stressed when I think I might be judged based on my performance. Even though I do well on essays and tests that are focused on social sciences, I don't like being graded on things that usually relax me.

Earlier this year I waited until the last moment to write an essay analyzing a child's development because I was nervous about what my professor might think. She was impressed by my analysis but she could tell that I rushed through my essay

Sometimes, when I think about all the movies/series I haven't watched or how many more I have to watch. It's a little bit overwhelming, but I like it in some ways because I want more.
