What does it mean to hug yourself in your sleep?

...I read somewhere that when you hug yourself in your sleep, it's a somewhat unconscious action and it can indicate feelings of insecurity, isolation and profound loneliness, all of which I experience regularly. What do you guys think?

I either have to hug myself or hug a pillow which is better. They have things called hug vests for people with autism. I could probably use one. I think in one respect the need for the hugging feeling is a sensory thing.
