This is the single most important video in teaching me who I am. This video is not about traits. It is all about being Aspie-Autistic in this world

I saw this video just as I was getting diagnosed last year. I had been "masking" or "acting" so long, I had internalized to the point I did not know that's what I was doing. I though I was just less emotional. The psychologist at my diagnosis did explain that tome that I was coping, but it was just a concept to me. I needed to see this video in all of it's rawness, especially it's rawness to truly understand what I was doing, how often, and that it had a great cost. One of the costs was suppressing my emotions to the point not thinking I had them. A lot then fell into place after that. So Thank You AnMish so much for making this video and not deleting this and for the other videos you make, many of whom have also been helpful.
