His recommended summer reading included a story about a professor with aspergers looking for love.

:)

I'm a Mac guy and grew up hating Gates so for him to have come this far..........it makes me smile.

Bill is a creative individual who marches to his own drummer. Maybe he's on the Spectrum and maybe he isn't, and either way is just fine. :jester:

There is video of him (or a pretty good impostor) rocking quite a bit whilst talking.

Lots of NTs like the recommended book "The Rosie Project".

Personally, I did not find it a very good portrayal of Aspies - it is more what an NT imagines an Aspie to be, based on their NT lack of understanding of Aspie emotions. It makes the Aspie character seem rather robotic.

So, if Bill Gates likes this book maybe he is not an Aspie. And anyway, with so many NTs liking this book it proves nothing about Bill Gates if he recommends it.

Bill wrote that he identified closely with the protagonist.

Wow, that's quite prominent. He looks like one of my aspie friends from social skills group. Even I don't generally rock that vigorously in public.
