I've been really sad recently(the past couple months). How do I show this to people with my face. I've tried telling people but I don't think they get it.

Being less responsive to people and pretty reclusive can spark suspicion of depression.

Is it just me, or does that lady look constipated?

Maybe that's why she's sad...

I think that's a "begging" face (particularly the forehead and eyebrows), not simply a sad face.

Make a "neutral" facial expression. Chances are NTs will interpret that as sadness.

The expression is over dramatized to help children learn, it is a bit extra because children have a harder time to see and recognize these things than adults.
