meeting w an attorney

I will be seeing my dad's attorney about the Trust in December. It is the 1st meeting I had with him since my Dad passed in 2009. Its a big step for me and will be shown in my ILC report. I will be using the money to live on my own independently.

I will not take out any money immediately I first want to see what conditions were placed and see whether I can get them lifted. I don't like conditions plus my father really didn't me and thought I was low-function g. There will be questions about what my dad thought of me to the attorney. I am bringing my life skills counselor with me.

I should have done this four years ago but I was scared as heck. Since I made the call all the fear of what my family thinks of me has gone mostly by the wayside. I feel maybe not confident about the future but hopefully.
