Wondering whether anyone has any system for keeping track of medicines/scripts etc?

I'm on several meds, which get prescribed at different times, for different durations, some have repeats I need to fetch from the pharmacy on certain dates, I run out of them at different times, some need to be from a specialist etc. Its getting fairly chaotic trying to keep on top of it, so Im trying to figure out how to manage this a bit better. If anyone is willing to share what works for them or has any suggestions I would very much appreciate the insight.

I have a whiteboard. Whenever I a taking medications, I use it to track them. Every time I take a medication I note the day and time on the whiteboard. That even applies to over the counter like acetaminophen.

If I don't do that, I usually end up taking them too often.

I just use my iPhone to create reminders. I'm sure there are some apps out there that would be better though.
