I need to get a new set of earplugs and I'm not really sure which ones to get. I want ones that basically block 99% of the sound out and aren't too expensive. If anyone has any recommendations, it'd be much appreciated.
Only problem is I think I have tinnitus, which makes like a weird 'hhnnnnnn' or 'eeeeeee' sound in my ears constantly, even when it's dead quiet (I can't put the sound into words, but it's like a constant noise).
