I am highfunction in autistic and found a great way to help with learning struggles. I found taking three forms of daily suppliments, have really helped with my struggles in learning. I take Ginkgo Biloba, Fish Oil, and Vitamin B supplent pills twice daily (morning and night). From experience, I found taking these have improved in my ability learn in terms of paying attention, short term memory, and overall critical thinking ability. I thought I should share this in site because it might do the same with you.

I've tried all of the above previously, though not in strict combination. How long did it take for you to notice a difference?

It takes 1 month to start noticing a difference. That's important to know because your body and has to absorb it in a way, and it needs to be taken everyday in order for it to be effective- kind of like a prescription drug.

I've been on vitamin B complex for a long time.
