I've only been aware I had Asperger's about 3 years. The only thing I've found about physical symptoms is bad balance. What are your physical symptoms?

The only 1s related to Aspergers are less coordination & worse fine motor skills

I am pretty clumsy and my balance is not great. I also drop a lot of stuff.

Dispraxia for me too. Hard to tell with some stuff if it's autism or dyspraxia.

Rarely have any of these symptoms mess with my life anymore. Coordination, balance, and fine motor skills are all way way better via diet & probiotics.

20 years alive has given me better coordination these days, but I'm still pretty clumsy sometimes, I trip a lot, have grip issues, and many other issues.

I have a lot of clumsy accidents if I don't stay vigilant about my movements, though I'm also capable of very good balance when I'm focussed on it.

What else? Slightly unusual gait. Hypersensitive to cold air on my skin, it doesn't seem to do any observable harm but I hate it. Comfortable air temperature is 23 centigrade, anything above or below is likely to make me feel too hot or too cold. Prone to itching, which can strike anywhere, though there's no rash as long as I don't scratch. I nearly always have a slightly sore throat. If I get up too early or don't get enough sleep, I feel clammy and nauseous. I used to find it almost impossible to stand up for more than a few minutes, and had an almost overwhelming desire to sit down again, and I had a similar problem holding my head up, as if I had to do all the balancing consciously, but it got better over the years, except that I still slouch when I sit down, as if I'd much rather lie down so I don't need to balance.

That's about all. Can't really be sure they're autistic things, apart from the gait and the clumsiness.
