I have suffered from facial tics off and on for the past 25-30 years or so. They come and go, and I have never really been able to pick up some sort of pattern that makes them start or stop-like feeling stressed in my life or anything like that. They just seem to appear at times. Right now they are kind of bad. I try my hardest to hide them from people, but I probably am not very well.

Is there any good way to get rid of tics? Medicine or some OTC herb or anything like that?

Benadryl, or some other brand of anti-histamine----NOT Sudafed, though.

Thanks for the reply. Didn't know that. I take benadryl in the evenings, have never seen if it affects the tic or not.

Benadryl causes me to have things like tics. It also makes me hyper thou.
